Payment
Grey Magick Designs is a secure shopping site and accepts PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment system. No personal information will be given to any other source or kept. Please note we are unable to dispatch an order until payment has been received in full and all funds have cleared.

Delivery
Delivery will be made using the best service for the goods bought. Some goods will be sent via a signed for delivery. This is for piece of mind, both for you the customer and us. We aim to dispatch all items the next working day wherever possible, for example an item bought on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If you live out of the UK, please email us to find out details of possibly sending abroad.

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. Any goods returned to us due to inaccurate information from the customer and requires the goods to be shipped again, the shipping costs will be charged at the buyers expense.

Refunds
All goods will be documented before wrapping to ensure they are in perfect condition before being sent.

Grey Magick Designs will accept returns but the customer must pay postage to return the item in the condition and similar packaging it was sent and a refund will be the original total cost of item, including original postage if any. Refunds will only be accepted if Grey Magick Designs are contacted by email within 7 days of delivery. Grey Magick Designs reserve the right to decline a refund if any item is damaged upon return. If possible, take some photo evidence to prove items are not damaged before returning.
